April 17, 2010: Jake Missakian of Fresno, CA, who served with the 801st
Engineer Aviation Battalion during World War II. Jake participated in constructing
runways in the Azores, and later on Okinawa. He witnessed and responded to a
tragic plane crash on Okinawa in 1945.
